I approach each day with love in my heart. I actually take time, every single day, to write and read and center myself by thinking those very words. Every day. “I approach this day with love in my heart”. I look at my schedule for the day and visualize a positive outcome. I mentally send loving, healing thoughts to everyone I’ll see that day way before I ever see them. I spend time, every day, thinking thoughts like “everything always works out for me”, “I always find the silver lining”, “everything that happens happens for me, not to me”, “I will impact the lives of the people I see today in a positive way”, etc… and always - every day - many times - every morning: “I approach this day with love in my heart”. I do not just think that thought and move on, I sit with it for a while. I get centered within myself, with God, with the Universe, with the love within us that we so seldom really seek to know. I seek to know it, and to have it go through the day with me. I know, it’s all very foo-foo booga-booga metaphysical bullshit, right?… it is if that’s what you think it is, I guess. But I can tell you this, if you do it every day it will reset your beliefs about who you are and what you’re capable of. You have to believe it before you start to see it. And really - what if everyone in the world started the day this way, and did it with sincerity? What if all of us got centered, every day, within the center of our souls - where an ocean of love awaits us to call it forth - and did it every single day?… but we’re too busy living within our minds, so we seldom take the time to visit… gotta get up and get to it, ya know. Places to be, things to do… and priorities way out of whack. Maybe priority one should be to set each day up properly. Personally, I can’t even think of living any other way at this point. It’s one of, if not the most important part of my day - to visualize it before it ever happens. To see it succeed. To know I’m going into every situation with the right mindset, and also knowing that when things don’t work out the way I had hoped that I always find the silver lining, I find the benefit that was hidden to me at the time - because life happens for us, not to us. There is always a hidden benefit if you take the time to get centered and look for it. I wish you all well today, throughout the Holiday season, into 2025 and beyond. I see you all succeeding. And I have a great day planned for today, which I approach with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind, borne from getting in touch with, and moving forward with love in my heart. A great way to approach life every day. Five stars - highly recommended.
