Well, I’m sick. Usually there’s a combination of things working together to get me sick. Not taking proper care of myself, which weakens my immune system. And then, maybe spending a couple days at Disney during spring break? They don’t exactly wipe down the machines when you’re in and out of the rides. But I was already eating too much, too much junk food, having meals at really weird times – like really late at night. So I’m sick and struggling to get this written today. I keep falling asleep. And all I can do is think back to the times in life when I was the healthiest. I was doing something every day to improve my mental and physical health at those times. Every day – meditation, run, yoga, weighted walk, massages, acupuncture, chiropractic, walk the dog… just get something done. it’s that consistency that helps keep the bugs away. But what the heck do I know?… I’m sick.
